York Mystery Plays
I am happy to arrange for a St Peter’s group outing to the Medieval York Mystery Plays in August (2nd – 27th). This will be the first year these haven been held since 1988 and will form part of York’s 800th anniversary celebrations of its Civic Charter.
The plays tell the Biblical story from Creation to Last Judgement, presented on an epic scale with St Mary’s abbey as the backdrop.
